Guilding Light star, John Driscoll has signed on to join the Y&R and we'll be setting our eyes on him on July 16th. Driscoll will be appearing as Phillip Chancellor IV, Nina's son. Looks like Genoa City is going to get shaken up this summer with all these new cast members! Can't wait to see what's going to happen in the weeks to come...
